The Golden W.H.E.E.L. (Women Helping to Educate and Enrich Lives) Organization was established in 1999 as a not-for-profit community service group with a two-fold mission — to raise scholarship funds for high school seniors and funds for shelters, programs and services for abused and neglected children. In addition, we have been able to contribute to a number of worthy causes, (see our donor recipient list on about us page).
